A true natural beauty the Chehalis river flows from Chehalis lake down to the Harrison river. With steep walls and rocky shores the river winds southward at a fast pace. The river offers the sport angler a variety of hidden deep holes holding some of the worlds best fish. The venerable Steelhead trout as well as Mighty Chinook (KING) Salmon, Coho (Silver), Pink and Chum salmon.

Near the lower end of the river a Camping and Day use area offers fishing within site of your tent! The water is pristine and clear and a great place to cool off in the summer.

The river boasts a large Hatchery Facility which has greatly enhanced the Fishery. Located beside the river on Morris Valley rd. it can be a great place to learn more about this valuable fishing resource. Introduce yourself and your friends or family to fishing in B.C.
